03 / FAQ

Questions,
answered honestly.

If yours isn't here, ask on the contact page, we'll answer, and probably add it to this list.

01

How long does a typical project take?

+

A standard business website takes 2 to 3 weeks from kickoff to launch. Custom software and larger systems usually run 4 to 10 weeks depending on how many moving parts are involved. You will get a specific timeline in your quote, not a range.

02

What do you need from me to get started?

+

A short brief on what you are trying to achieve, any existing branding you have, and the content you want on the site. If you do not have branding yet, that can be part of the project.

03

Do you provide hosting and domain setup?

+

Yes. Domain registration and hosting setup can be handled for you, or you can keep your existing setup and Inkframe will build into it.

04

What are your payment terms?

+

A deposit is required to begin work, with the balance due before launch on smaller projects, or split across milestones on larger builds. Exact terms are confirmed in your quote.

05

Do you offer support after launch?

+

Every project includes a support window after launch, and ongoing maintenance retainers are available after that if you want someone keeping things running.

06

Do you work with clients outside Zimbabwe?

+

Yes. Inkframe works with businesses across Southern Africa and takes on remote projects further afield when the fit is right.

07

Can you fix or rebuild an existing website?

+

Yes. Rebuilds and redesigns of existing sites are a common project type, whether the goal is a full redesign or targeted fixes.

08

How is pricing worked out?

+

Pricing is based on scope rather than a flat rate card, because no two businesses need the same build. Every project starts with a free scoping call and a clear, itemised quote before any work begins.
